He wasn&#039;t<\/span> <span class=\"review-more-placeholder\">\u2026 More<\/span><span class=\"review-full-text\"> pushy at all and he was very well informed even though he said it was his first day on the job and I was his first customer interaction. I told him if he could come back the next day with a quote and to help walk me through it with my insurance I would go with them. The quote the next day was very reasonable and they got my insurance to cover over half of a total roof replacement and upgrade. When it actually came down to it the workers were incredibly fast and tidy and I barely noticed they had been there when they were finished except for the very well built new roof. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the roof so I&#039;m not worried about it ever again. Solid, reliable, honest, and hard working. A storm that came through our area in April, 2022, caused hail damage to our roof.  After an inspection, a reputable, experienced roofer told us it was beyond repair and should be replaced.<\/span> <span class=\"review-more-placeholder\">\u2026 More<\/span><span class=\"review-full-text\">  They proceeded with our insurance company to get approval but were only able to get them to pay $600 toward the $1700+ cost for replacement.  Not wanting to go into debt for the remainder of the cost of the roof, we did nothing for a year.  A few months ago, someone from Best Choice knocked on our door.  They noticed we needed a new roof and wanted to talk to us about it.  We told them what we had been through a year ago and they asked us to &quot;give them a shot at it&quot;.  We did.  Long story short, we now have a completely new roof that our insurance paid for.  IF YOU NEED A NEW ROOF, CALL BCR!! They will get it done!  They handled everything with our insurance company including communication, documentation and whatever else the insurance company threw at us.  We couldn&#039;t be happier!!
