Giveaway Overview:
Best Choice Roofing Holdings, LLC. (“Sponsor” or “BCR”), located at 515 Rivergate Pkwy, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, will award one (1) grand prize in connection with the Best Choice Roofing “Free Roof Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) during the prize period (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway Period will begin at 12:00:01 AM CT on February 5, 2026 and end at 11:59:59 PM CT on August 5, 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on August 5, 2026. BCR’s server is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and homeowners at the time of entry. Entrants must own and reside in the residence that will receive the new roof. Participation is limited to homes located in states where Sponsor operates and where a participating Sponsor branch is licensed and permitted to install roofing. The property must be located within Sponsor’s service territory and within fifty (50) miles of a participating Sponsor branch. Not all Sponsor locations or events may participate in the Giveaway. To confirm whether a particular branch or event is participating, entrants may contact Sponsor by email at marketing@bestchoiceroofing.com or by mail at 515 Rivergate Pkwy, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, during the Giveaway Period.
The Giveaway winner’s home must, at the time of installation, be in suitable condition for roof installation. This includes no presence of structural, mold, or water damage. Any waterproofing, remediation, or other repairs required for proper installation (as deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) must be performed at the homeowner’s expense prior to installation. The Giveaway winner will be required to provide reasonable proof of home ownership prior to installation.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter or win. All entrants must agree to these Official Rules. Entrant is responsible for providing valid contact information. Upon each submission, Sponsor may attempt to verify information by phone. Each property is limited to one (1) initial entry.
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter:
During the Giveaway Period, entrants can enter by completing an entry form at a home show, trade show, festival, or other BCR-sponsored event. As part of the entry process, entrants will be asked to submit and confirm their contact information. During the Giveaway Period, entrants may earn ten (10) additional entries by voluntarily scheduling a free roof inspection with Sponsor. Scheduling a free roof inspection is optional and is not required to enter or win. Additional entries are also available through the alternative method of entry described below.
Additional Entries:
To receive additional entries without scheduling a free roof inspection, entrants may alternatively mail a written request for additional entries to “Best Choice Roofing Free Roof Giveaway—Additional Entries” at 515 Rivergate Pkwy, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, postmarked no later than August 5, 2026. Each request must include the entrant’s full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and a statement confirming eligibility. Limit one (1) written request for additional entries per household. Each valid request will receive the same number of additional entries as would have been earned by scheduling a free in-home estimate, or ten (10) additional entries.
Grand Prize:
(a) One (1) winner will receive a roof replacement with a retail value of up to Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000), consisting of Sponsor-provided roofing materials and professional installation performed by Sponsor.
(b) If the selected winner has already purchased a roof replacement from Sponsor during the Giveaway Period, the Giveaway winner will instead receive a reimbursement check for the cost of such roof replacement, not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000).
(c) The roof replacement must be installed by Sponsor at the address listed on the winning entry form and is subject to a pre-installation inspection and verification of eligibility. If the property is determined, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion, to be unsuitable for installation, or if installation cannot be completed due to permitting, code, safety, access, or structural issues, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold or modify the prize consistent with these Official Rules.
(d) Any work, materials, upgrades, permits, repairs, or modifications not expressly included in the prize, including, but not limited to, code upgrades, structural repairs, or change orders, shall be the sole responsibility of the homeowner unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Sponsor.
e) Installation of the prize must be completed by Sponsor or its designee within six (6) months of prize notification, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Sponsor.
(f) As a condition of receiving and installing the prize, the winner must timely execute and be bound by Sponsor’s standard residential home improvement agreement or purchase order for the applicable goods and services, to the extent required by applicable law.
(g) The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by law.
Odds of Winning; Winner Selection and Notification:
The Giveaway winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on August 14, 2026, at Sponsor’s offices located at 515 Rivergate Pkwy, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The selected winner will be notified by phone at the phone number provided on the entry form within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure of the selected winner to receive notification for any reason, including an inactive phone number or technical difficulties. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable time period specified by Sponsor, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected in the same manner, in Sponsor’s discretion.
Taxes
All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Giveaway winner. The Giveaway winner may be required to complete a W-9 form and submit any tax documentation requested by Sponsor.
Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless BCR, its affiliates, franchisees, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway, attendance at or participation in any Giveaway-related event, travel to or from such events, or the acceptance, receipt, installation, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant also agrees that Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries; (c) technical malfunctions, failures, errors, or omissions of any kind; (d) unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s property arising in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Except where prohibited by law, all disputes, claims, or controversies (each, a “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, these Official Rules, any prize awarded, or the interpretation, enforcement, or validity of this Dispute Resolution provision shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in the judicial district in which the entrant resides, unless the parties mutually agree to a different location.
Each entrant agrees that any Claim must be brought solely in the entrant’s individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own filing fees, arbitration costs, and attorneys’ fees, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any demand for arbitration must be filed within the time period permitted by the applicable statute of limitations.
All arbitration proceedings, related filings, and any resulting award shall be confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to enforce an arbitration award.
This Dispute Resolution provision and all Claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver is unenforceable as to any particular Claim, that Claim shall be severed and may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, while all remaining Claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration as set forth above.
Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Consent:
As a condition of receiving the grand prize, the Giveaway winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion and execution of an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, unless otherwise prohibited by law, a publicity consent. All required documents must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date on the prize notification correspondence.
Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the Giveaway winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, image, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Privacy:
Information collected from entrant is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bestchoiceroofing.com/privacy-policy/. Sponsor will use entrant’s information for purposes of administering the Giveaway and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
Winner List:
For the Giveaway winner’s name, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days of the Giveaway end date to “Best Choice Roofing Free Roof Giveaway—Winner List” at 515 Rivergate Pkwy, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
General Conditions; Sponsor Authority:
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to comply fully with these Official Rules and acknowledges that Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway—including, without limitation, eligibility determinations, entry validation, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and interpretation of these Official Rules—shall be final and binding in all respects.
Sponsor shall be solely responsible for the collection, receipt, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments, or concerns related to the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, violating these Official Rules, or submitting entries through fraudulent or improper means.
Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway or these Official Rules, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
No waiver of any provision of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or of that provision on any other occasion. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
