Throughout his career, Brettan has combined entrepreneurial experience with executive leadership to help organizations grow through strategic planning, innovation, and a relentless focus on results. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and creating sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Brettan enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, creating music, and exploring the outdoors (hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking). He is passionate about faith, leadership, and helping others reach their full potential.
