It was a lengthy process but Dom never wavered in the fact that my roof had wind damage and should be replaced by my insurance company. He got the repair decision revised and my roof is being replaced by nationwide.

Dom walked us through the insurance claim and met with our adjuster to make sure all weather-related damage was well documented. We were impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail. Not only was he very knowledgeable in roofing but also in how to navigate the world of insurance claims. He made everything easier and less stressful. We were impressed with the customer service and thankful for Eddie Vachon of Best Choice, who did not hesitate to drive hours after a full day of work to get to us ahead of a storm that was expected. He made sure all the leaks were sealed to ensure that we would have no further water damage before our roof was replaced. We could not have been more impressed with the kindness and care for our home. He even checked on us following the storm and told us to call if we had any problems at all. We also appreciated that Ronnie, Dom, Eddie, and Kaylee were available to answer all of our questions (and we had a LOT.) We had our entire roof replaced by Best Choice & were very impressed the quality of work - Our pool, bushes, porch and all areas surrounding our house were thoroughly covered and the roofers spent hours cleaning afterwards, which meant a lot to us.
