He went above and beyond by climbing up to our high roof to inspect and check the condition of our roof. He … More took plenty of pictures and even collected loose nails. Other vendors that we invited did not bother going up for the free inspection. Alex discussed with us the company's history and he showed us the products BCR offers. We were locked in to the Owens Corning brand especially when Alex mentioned the Lifetime Warranty on labor and materials. Alex clearly discussed the price details and offered us every discount he can to include the military discount and the best financing option possible.
