He went above and beyond by climbing up to our high roof to inspect and check the condition of our roof. He … More took plenty of pictures and even collected loose nails. Other vendors that we invited did not bother going up for the free inspection. Alex discussed with us the company's history and he showed us the products BCR offers. We were locked in to the Owens Corning brand especially when Alex mentioned the Lifetime Warranty on labor and materials. Alex clearly discussed the price details and offered us every discount he can to include the military discount and the best financing option possible. We agreed on the price and had a special ramen with seaweed soup that my wife prepared while signing the documents.
  Alex is outstanding on what he does! He is patient, very knowledgeable on the products,
  comfortable to talk to and not pushy. Bravo Zulu to Alex!!!
  Btw, Alex even visited us on the delivery and installation day.
  On the delivery and installation side, Lucas and his team did an outstanding job on the removal of the old materials, the prep, installation of new materials and the cleanup. Thanks to Lucas and Team for a job well done!

  I was in the market for roof repair and I had been both approached by several contractors as well as going about researching to see who I would go with. My first point of contact with best choice roofing was Duane Ortiz. As far as I'm … More concerned he was both the face and personality of the company.
  I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, personable and above all patient. Even when my wife and I were unavailable for a couple of weeks he kept in touch with us and ushered us through all of the hoops that had to be jumped.
  Next I met Lucas Breakfield who came across as friendly and supremely confident in the crew that was going to be doing the work on my roof.
  Lastly the crew that came to do the work were punctual, professional and courteous.
  They did excellent work and the clean up that they did afterwards was exceptional.
  I can't speak for what others may have experienced but I am quite satisfied with mine.
