Great roofing company that is often denied/neglected by insurance carriers just because they think they can get away with it...and MOST the time they do. BCR needs to file complaints with the Department of Insurance for some of the more… More obvious full replacment roofs that carriers try to REPAIR- SUCH AS IN THE TORNADO AREA. A certain carrier that has VERY BAD hands wanted to repair a 2yr old, 30yr laminate roof that was SHREDDED by debris from an EF-3 tornado [145+ mph winds that negate the mfg warranty of 80-120mph] and the carrier wanted to REPAIR 2/3rds of the roof...2 doors down the entire house was off its foundation. FILE COMPLAINTS TO THE DEPT OF INSURANCE. IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A CHANGE.
