  I was in the market for roof repair and I had been both approached by several contractors as well as going about researching to see who I would go with. My first point of contact with best choice roofing was Duane Ortiz. As far as I'm … More concerned he was both the face and personality of the company.
  I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, personable and above all patient. Even when my wife and I were unavailable for a couple of weeks he kept in touch with us and ushered us through all of the hoops that had to be jumped.
  Next I met Lucas Breakfield who came across as friendly and supremely confident in the crew that was going to be doing the work on my roof.
  Lastly the crew that came to do the work were punctual, professional and courteous.
  They did excellent work and the clean up that they did afterwards was exceptional.
  I can't speak for what others may have experienced but I am quite satisfied with mine.

  We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling, which resulted in us finally replacing our old roof. We called Best Choice Roofing to get a quote and Jonathan came out to speak with us. He did an excellent and very thorough job of inspecting the … More entire roof top, as well as the attic. He discovered several areas where there was evidence of water damage. We were very impressed with his detailed workmanship and friendly approach. We ended up selecting a new roof option that day and it was installed 2 weeks later, in spite of ALL THE RAIN we have been experiencing lately. The roofing crew was fast, hardworking and cleaned up afterwards. It was done in 1 day and they even had to replace 10 sheets of water damaged roof decking. We are very pleased with their work and SO very thankful to have this beautiful new roof! Lucas, the foreman, followed up with us afterwards and was great to work with for the finishing paperwork. His communication and great customer service was much appreciated. The entire process and every employee involved - from start to finish - really impressed us. Jonathan even came back on installation day to visit and be sure we were happy with our new roof!

Seventeen years ago when my roof was replaced, the company that did it, I believe they were called Superior Roofing, did not connect my dryer vent to the roof! The vent just dispersed … More lint and hot moist air into the attic, not outside. My new roofers, made sure to attach the vent to the roof for proper venting. The shingles have 50 yr warranty. They even replaced the shingles and put in a ridge vent for my outside shed! Very happy with the results and glad my roof will not be leaking anymore. I look forward to a better experience now with my roof.
