I noticed after our last round of storms we had in April that I had a shingle missing on my roof over the garage. She schedule a time to come out and do a roof inspection a few days later.I was under the impression before Jade and her Manager Tyler got on the roof that it was a 25yr old roof original to the house because that's what Allstate our homeowners had it listed as. Tyler guessed the roofs condition and age to be about 16 because of the pipe booting. I filed my claim with insurance and an appointment was set up for an adjuster to come out and look at it. Which Tyler and Jade were here for the appointment with the Allstate adjuster and even the adjuster agreed that the roof wasn't a 25yr old roof but his hands were tied because that was what they had entered into the system.I was able to track down my roof disclosure from where we bought our home and come to find out our roof was actually 14yrs old. After getting the quote back from Allstate they valued the roof at around $9000 and because they have a age coverage percentage on their roofs they only cover 4800 of the repairs. Not to mention they don't cover roof items that are needed for codes unless you have the add on that they don't tell you about when setting up your policy.I called Tyler after getting the insurance quote from and value back from Allstate due to their being such a large price discrepancy. I explained to him that we didn't want to finance the remaining portion and what we could 100% be comfortable giving up front in cash. He got the price to work for us and then came out and went over the roof options. I let the Daughter pick the roof style and she went with the Midnight Mesa.Despite the rain and working around my schedule the roof was put on Friday May 29th. And I couldn't be happier of the look of it.Tyler and Jade worked together very well and helped insure that one of biggest assets was fixed and taken care of. They explained everything very well and was all around extremely helpful,informative and answered all the questions I had. They were even ready to battle with the insurance company to make sure the roof got taken care of. Even when I was stressing out over the insurance side of things they helped ease that stress. So a big thank you to Tyler and Jade from best choice roofing for all the two of you did to help out with the whole process. This company does not skip steps, they double down on their products because Quality is very important to them. Financing was the hiccup for us, as we are paying out of pocket for this, so Tracy gave us several different fee breakdowns with discounts and even called headquarters to get a better deal. He definitely went over and aboard trying to help us bring the monthly fee down. We chose to move forward with this company and this comes with a Lifetime warranty, which is a bonus too. We definitely will recommend this company to friends and family.

Jenni has done an excellent job of explaining the details and being our "advocate" with our insurance company, and accompanying their representative when he examined the roof to confirm the damage. We could not ask for a better or more helpful agent. She and her supervisor were also very thorough and helpful in assisting us in choosing the shingles best suited and any upgrades that were available should we so desire.The new roof is tentatively scheduled for 7-10 days from now, and we'll post Phase Two then.Phase Two: Roof installed! Crew arrived, spread tarps all around house and went to work. Worked hard and steadil. Finished by mid-afternoon. Excellent job cleaning up, too. Looks good. We're very satisfied and have no reservations about recommending them.

We had such a great experience with our roof replacement. Jenni was fantastic. She went out of her way to answer questions, gave great details and instructions… More and was such a sweet person to work with. I particularly loved that she wasn’t pushy. She’s met our insurance adjuster at our house and worked with him on the approval process. She gave us facts and we made the decisions based on what suited our needs and tastes.The installation crew was fabulous. Very professional and so, so fast. I couldn’t believe how quickly the fished the roof.Another thing that gave us comfort was Best Choice personnel came by 3 times during the installation. They took pictures, checked on progress, and asked if we needed anything. The last visit was shortly after the roofers were finished. They walked around the house with me to make sure I was satisfied or had any questions.They were all excellent to work with and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone.
