She was kind and caring and put in so much time to ensure State Farm … More took care of us and that was a months long process of her calling, emailing them on my behalf and making special trips out here to take care of what State Farm was requesting. I probably would have given up halfway through the insurance process but Sidney kept pushing through. And in the end it was covered due to hail/wind damage. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout the whole process and she explained everything clearly. The crew was here early and done quickly. The yard was well cleaned up as well.
