  Megan is one the most impressive, tenasious young women I have ever met.We had a major roof leak that I had tried everything to fix. I had put tar down … More at least eight times, was religious about keeping leaves off and yet it still leaked. It was now to the point where it was pouring into the kitchen when raining ,and we had to put pots on the floor and the kitchen counter to catch the water that was leaking in. The light fixture was leaking water, the sheet rock was about to fall out of the kitchen ceiling. We were desperate.We had filed two previous claims with the insurance company to fix our roof, which were both denied. We were desperate.Ms. Megan came to our door one day when she was in the neighborhood working on another roof job a few doors down and asked if we were having any problems with our roof. I used to be a door to door salesman, so i was skeptical, but Megan we loved. On her second visit, she brought flowers to Pam because she was very sick. That's real.With Megan's help, we submitted two claims to the insurance company for our roof, they denied them both, we had given up all hope.After the recent hail storms, our roof suffered significant damage. We had really lost hopewhen Megan called about the hail damage, came back out, took over 80 photographs, she was not giving up. She submitted them, filed a new claim and the insurance company is now giving us our roof.In a few weeks we will be getting our new roof, And it is only because of how hard Megan worked to make it happen.   The hurricanes last year has forced our hands into replacing the roof on our home due to water leaking in multiple places and causing quite a lot of damage. … More I haven’t had many good experiences with contractors in the past so I am very hesitant, especially when one comes and knocks on my door… But… The level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion from Megan, our sales representative, has given me a newfound hope.Not only was she able to get us more money for the damage to the interior of our home she helped and guided us the through the entire process and explained everything in detail to where I understood it completely. This is the first claim my family has had to make and I was dreading the entire process and honestly did not know how to even proceed.The work hasn’t even been started and I am already blown away by this company and I highly recommend them.   Victoria came to my house this morning for a roof investigation she found damages I didn't even know it was there. She wasn't scared to get on … More the roof or in the attic to look for leaks or water damages with what she found cause a concern to me. next week I have her coming back so we can sit down and talk about options with my husband I appreciate this woman for taking the time to come help me. I would recommend her to anyone I know because of her customer service knowledgeable of what to look for and how she was confident in being able to help me and my husband.
