I discovered Scott and his company on Nextdoor after the hailstorm in May. Scott replied to my initial email within minutes and came by the very next day to inspect our roof. He guided me through every step of the insurance claim process, … More staying in constant communication and even following up with my insurance company when things were delayed. Scott also took the time to sit down with me and explain the insurance paperwork, which was incredibly helpful since this was my first time filing a claim for our home. He made everything so simple for us to understand, made us feel comfortable reaching out to him for anything, and I feel he truly cared about us as people other than just another customer. On roof install day, the crew was super nice and got the job done in one day (our house is on the smaller side). I cannot recommend Scott and Best Choice Roofing highly enough and I would choose them every time over any other company in the future. They explained fulled what will take place on the day of service. After they were finished, everything was cleaned though there were not there. Just a new potion of my roofing.
