Micheal Helms, one day came knocking on our door after a storm we had. Glad we opened the door. After he inspected, we didn’t realize how much damaged the storm had done. First, I was hesitant due to there being so many scammers nowadays. … More Micheal assured me that they were not and he also had his supervisor come out with him the day of picking out our shingles and they both made me feel more confident and sure that they weren’t(scammers). Appreciated that!
But with the whole process with insurance and guiding me step by step, he a made it go smoothly and answered all my questions and concerns. He was professional and courteous. Micheal was prompt with responding back as well. The lady in the office was sweet and the installation was quick. They had it done within a day and a half. It only took this long because they didn’t get to come out til later in the afternoon. After the guys installed my roof, they cleaned up afterwards and they even cleaned my gutters, which I was not expecting. From the beginning to the end, it took less than a month. It only took this long was due to my insurance. Now I have a whole new roof.
So far with the experience we had with BCR, they were great, now we just wait and see how the roof holds up. So if you need a new roof, definitely give them a call and ask for Micheal. He will help get you taken care of and make the process less stressful. He is very informative and a great guy.

Best Choice just finished replacing the roof on my house and a large storage building on my property. Their work is impeccable. From the initial inspection, which is free, to the massive clean up after they finished, they were professional, … More informative, timely and courteous. They did everything they said they would and more. The storage building is as big as the house and they completely replaced both roofs in 2 days. I was home the entire time they were here working in unbearable heat and they only stopped once the first day for about 45 minutes to eat lunch and then didn't quit until it was nearly dark They were back early this morning and worked straight through until they were completely finished. When both roofs were finished there was an incredible mess but they had it all cleaned up in a couple hours. I haven't found so much as a tiny scrap of shingle or a single nail. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again for any roofing need. They know their business and they set about doing it with gusto. If you're looking for someone to replace or repair a roof these are the people you want to do it. You can't go wrong with Best Choice!
