He allowed me time to consult with my sister about our options as we proceeded. If I had any questions, he followed up in a timely fashion. We were never left waiting for any answers. I can't recommend him enough!The team with BCR was awesome as well. They communicated their intentions for scheduling a couple days in advance as promised. When weather delayed the project, they made sure to let me know when they would be able to start. The project went as planned and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The installation crew got everything done within the promised window and clean up was perfect after the project as well. If you need a roof give these guys a call!

Malachi Griggs was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and available whenever I had questions. … More Moreover, he worked with the insurance company to get our roof replaced where we had been denied once before only a few months earlier. I had given up on a replacement by the insurance company until Malachi knocked on our door. There's something to be said for simply getting out and working, and Malachi did just that. I appreciate everything about my interaction with him, and I would recommend him with my highest regard.Jonathon Stanley managed the installation process, and just like Malachi, he was a pleasure to work with. The team that installed the roof were friendly, hardworking and seemed to show great attention to detail—as the roof looks fantastic and the clean up after left nothing in the yard that would show they had ever been on the property. I would say that's pretty impressive.I've heard from both Malachi and Jonathan today making sure I was satisfied, and I am most certainly satisfied—very satisfied.The pictures below are of the "tear off" of the old shingles and the several pictures of the finished product, as well as a comparison of what the house looked like with the old roof (gray color) and the new roof (brown). Thomas was upfront and on top of everything, and he made the insurance claim process easy and straightforward, assisting us through every step. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service we received working with Thomas, and we were just as satisfied with the work done on our house. The roofers arrived as scheduled and completed our main house roof and detached garage roof in the time we were quoted.
