In his previous life, John worked as a product development engineer for medical devices. He quickly learned two things: first, he will stop at nothing to ensure that a project gets done and gets done right; and second, when he’s excited about something it’s nearly impossible to pull him away from it. These qualities were the driving force behind small business ownership. Early on in his career, he built a real estate renovation and leasing company from the ground up. In his first year, his business acquired and renovated over 15 units providing much-needed high-quality housing to the people of Philadelphia. Now, John is excited to turn that passion into helping neighbors protect their homes with quality affordable roofing.

John and his beautiful wife Sarah, have a 9-month-old daughter, Eva, and 2 elderly dogs, Maverick and Kuro. Sarah and John met at UD (go Blue Hens!) in 2010. They spent several years living across the country and returned home to Delaware in 2020 to be closer to family.

John’s favorite part of being a Delawarean is the proximity to major northeast hubs while being able to return home to the peace and quiet of their small neighborhood. Being from Delaware, John knows firsthand that Delaware is a wonderful place to raise a family.
