  Best Choice Roofing replaced the entire roof of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Santa Monica CA in the fall of 2024 and winter of 2025. It was a large complex project that required extremely good management. The job entailed tearing off several … More layers of a 100-year-old roof, safely negotiating a steep pitch above the church and a high bell tower that required a lift and scaffolding, a flat roof above the school, and gutter replacement. In addition, we had to schedule the work in two parts to accommodate the school and church schedules, coordinate with a solar company, and adjust for delays due to rain and the Palisades fire. Samir Bhana and his staff did an excellent job managing, coordinating and communicating throughout the project. They handled every phase professionally and completed their work in a timely manner. All costs, work, and materials were clearly presented up front. Following the completion of the roof, we did have a small leak in a very difficult section of the flat roof. BCR came back immediately to identify the leak and repair the ceiling. This was all covered under the warranty.
