With nearly 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles, particularly in operations management, Don has a strong background in overseeing large-scale operations. Previously, he ran the operations department for one of the largest tire and automotive service franchises in the U.S., where he honed his skills in managing complex operations at a national level.

Since joining BCR Don has transformed the franchise operations team, evolving it into a highly functional, multi-disciplinary unit. This team is now responsible for supporting franchisees, opening new branches, and efficiently onboarding newly acquired branches, significantly improving BCR’s franchise operations.

Outside of work, Don enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially spoiling his two grandsons. Don also loves escaping to the Florida Keys to enjoy boating and fishing.
