Drew brings a wealth of experience in operations and production management to his role as Director of Franchise Operations at BCR. Before joining the company, Drew worked for two of the largest companies in their fields, Nucor Steel and Cintas, where he honed his skills in managing large-scale operations.

Since joining BCR, Drew has achieved significant milestones, including Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He was honored with the 2022 BCR award for most growth and the 2023 BCR achievement award. Under his leadership, franchising grew from $0 to $47 million in just two years, highlighting his ability to drive impactful change and growth.

Drew has been with BCR for 4 years, and his dedication to excellence continues to support the company’s growth trajectory. Outside of work, he values spending quality time with his wife and two children. He is also a passionate supporter of Tennessee Volunteers Athletics and enjoys indulging his love for fast cars.
