Kara brings a wealth of financial experience to the organization. With 14 years in public accounting at Deloitte, she later held leadership roles as the corporate controller at Bridgestone Americas and Cracker Barrel. Most recently, Kara served as the CFO of Restaurant Growth Services, where she led financial strategy and performance.

In her current role at BCR, Kara is focused on guiding the company’s financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth. Her leadership is pivotal in maintaining financial integrity and supporting BCR’s ambitious goals.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, she values time spent outdoors and with her family, where you’ll often find her cheering on her three children at their extracurricular activities.
