Max Oldham began his journey with Best Choice Roofing in 2019 as a Sales Representative. Through hard work, leadership, and a relentless drive for excellence, Max quickly rose through the ranks—serving as Sales Manager, General Manager, Vice President of Sales, and now proudly holds the role of Chief of Staff.

With over six years of experience in the roofing industry, Max brings a deep understanding of sales strategy, team development, and operational excellence to BCR’s leadership team. He’s passionate about empowering others and driving growth company-wide.

Outside of work, you’ll find Max enjoying time on the golf course or making memories with his beautiful family. He’s a proud husband and father to two amazing daughters who inspire him every day.
