Victor has been a dedicated professional in the roofing industry since 2018. Previously, he was the owner of a roofing company in Southwest Florida, where he gained valuable experience that has contributed to his success at BCR.

In his current role, Victor is responsible for generating, nurturing, and maximizing inbound opportunities for BCR on a nationwide scale. He successfully launched and scaled BCR’s retail program from $0 to $41 million in just two years. In addition, he holds two industry patents, showcasing his innovation and expertise in the field.

Victor has been with BCR for 2.5 years, where his leadership and forward-thinking strategies have made a significant impact. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children and has a passion for exploring new technology.
