Most of the … More time they can get all if the replacement covered but mine was so bad that some of it had to be out of pocket, he was very knowledgeable and straight with me about what would be covered and what would not and estimate of how much it would cost me. The team that put the roof in was fast and professional and I even had a limb fall in my roof in the middle of the job but they worked with me to give me time to get that moved so they could finish up, I am in the historical district and everyone who sees it is impressed. I would recommend Johnny and the BCR team to anyone who needs roof work.

He gave us multiple options and ZERO pressure.The price was right and the financing option was very affordable and straightforward! We were excited to solve our leaky roof problems, so we signed on the dotted line with no regrets. Randy and Colin became our contacts after that, and they were great at communicating everything we needed to know, scheduling us in at a time that works for us, etc.The work crew was on time, they kept their noses to the grindstone, smiling every time we interacted, and they were paying attention anytime I needed to go down the driveway. They were always accommodating of our movement around the place as they worked. Very professional!The follow up to the job has been as impressive as the selling and doing of the job!
