I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was … More upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left -

They sent an inspector out here to look at it. Nathan met him here, and they went up to take a look. The inspector said that it needed replacing. Thanks to Nathan that he inspected my roof. All this rain that we've had lately, there could be a lot of damage down inside my home. I would highly recommend Nathan Hillis to anybody. He's a great person, and he's honest.
