Every change to the project was a necessary one due to prior shoddy installation. All changes were approved by me before the work began, and were explained in detail.The one addition to the plan that was outside the scope of the original work that I added was done with no hesitation once they explained to me the additional charges and they had my approval to go forward.

(Others don't have business cards.) Second, Jason didn't push the issue when I told him no, I'll think about it and call the office. (I never follow up with a call.) However I did.Next day Rick and Joshua came to my house. They inspected my roof, showed me photos, explained everything that was going on with my roof, took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel that I was taking too much time. I was initially worried about debris and potential damage to my yard, but the cleanup was thorough, and there was no evidence left behind.
