I am remiss and delayed on this review especially since Best Choice Roofing did such a great job from the sale to the finished roof. Ricky and Rob came … More over and spent almost 2 hours inspecting the roof and then sitting with us and explaining step by step the process and had materials and samples to show us. Let’s face it nobody wants to buy a new roof but it is needed and we felt great after meeting with Ricky and Rob. Ricky coached us through the rest of the process and made us feel like we were his only customer! Attention and explanation on every single detail. Ricky introduced us to Jeff and Jeff did a fantastic job as project manager. Everyday the crew worked efficiently and everything was cleaned up perfectly at the end of that day. Jeff and Ricky even discovered a detail that ended up saving us money and we are so grateful. The finished result is just great! We would hire them all again and recommend them enthusiastically. They spoke … More honestly about what needed to be done, how that would be accomplished and presented a breakdown of the cost. Josh was friendly and professional. His knowledge was impressive and his communications made me very comfortable.The project manager, Jeffrey, was very efficient as to lining up the whole process.He explained everything that was to be done from start to finish. He introduced himself and assured me the crew would show up for day one, do this that and something else. Day two the roof was finished and looked lovely. The crew worked very hard and efficiently. They cooperatively worked together to accomplish the roof in 2 days time.The crew boss came and inspected everything, even the clean up. As things came up Jeffrey worked closely to make my experience with Best Choice Roofing as easy as 1,2,3! Jeffrey and Josh kept me in the loop on all levels with respectful professionalism.
