“I would like to thank Best choice roofing for their quick response to our needs. Three days after being on contract to sell our home the “March Hail storm” in Texas hit. We had to have the whole roof replaced and siding on our home repaired. We were under time constraints and due to so many other being effected everyone in the roofing business was backlogged. Best choice roofing went above and beyond.“

I had the best experience with the sales and installation crew. The roof was installed in one day, and the cleanup was immaculate. The sales crew, Luke,… More Nicol, Jared and Mike were all very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and gave the best advice and the advice fit my budget perfectly. Now that the installation is complete, I noticed the temperature in my house is steady instead of cool once and hot next. I know I’m going to miss every smile, hug and handshake I received from those guys. Everyone these days would appreciate having an experience like mine. So to them I say, if you need a new roof, Best Choice Roofing will be your best bet. I received expert roofing at a price I didn’t even know I could afford!
From the initial call to schedule an appointment for someone to look at our roof through the install, clean-up and final walk down, everything with Best… More Choice was 5 stars. Hunter came out to take pictures and discuss the project with us and was very personable, very patient and very knowledgeable. Other appointments scheduled with different contractors were canceled based on the trust he established with us. The work done is impeccable and the clean-up was fantastic. Everything we were told was going to be done was completed at the highest level. Couldn't recommend a company any stronger than this one in every aspect.

We knew that we needed a new roof and had several roofing companies out to give us an estimate. Mike Pupillo from Best Choice was the only one who actually… More went up on the roof to inspect it. He spotted quite a bit of damage from a prior wind storm and helped with the insurance claim - which made a new roof much more affordable. Mike has just been great to work with. He's very knowledgeable, explains everything well, and is a nice guy as well. Highly recommended.
Now I feel comfortable with interior repairs! I was supported every step of the way…Matthew helped me with filing an insurance claim, made phone calls… More and took the steps I wasn’t able to with my busy work schedule.The work itself is top notch, I had open communication from the site supervisor and the job was completed in half a day (on a smaller mobile home). We were replacing a roof that was badly installed less than ten years ago by a local contractor. So obviously I was concerned about who I should hire this… More time around. I was very pleased with Best Choice’s process. The sales rep was thorough in his presentation without being overly aggressive. He allowed me time to speak with other contractors to compare quotes while holding to his. Calls and inquiries to the company were answered promptly and politely. The crew showed up on schedule and worked quickly. The project manager was on site and checked in several times to ensure things were up to our expectations. At one point, when the crew ran out of shingles, the project manager drove over an hour away to get the correct shingles to finish the job. After installation, the crew cleaned and swept the property of all debris and hauled off the old roof. During the post-installation walk-through, we found a few issues which were quickly addressed including repair of some minor damage to a picket fence. At the presentation of the final invoice, I was told that there was more damage to the roof deck than was expected and they had to buy more decking material. However, I was told during the initial quote process, if more materials were needed that they would cover that extra cost. They held to their word without opposition. I am very pleased with this company and would strongly recommend them for roof replacement. Good work by all.
