Jackson was my main contact, Tanner was the jobsite point man, Tammy was in the office, and they were all great at their jobs. Their prices were better than others I received and that was using the best products available. I was concerned about the installation beforehand as I had a large roof with a complex structure but the crew that installed my new roof was absolutely amazing and could not have done a better job. Everything down to the last detail including cleanup was awesome!!! I would definitely recommend this company.
Just had my roof installed today. The Rep who helped me get everything set up was in and out all day to help with any issues. Zach did a wonderful job… More of making sure everything was handled with care. The installers were fast and efficient, done in an day. Would recommend to anyone who needs a roof.
7-15-2025*Updated review* I am updating my previous review of Best Choice Roofing. First my apologies to Rudy Moreno. I wrote the previous review due… More to other experiences with companies and a fear of trusting door-to-door representatives. Initially I tried to send PDF documents to Rudy’s phone that, for whatever reason, didn’t go through via my phone or email. I got upset and thought the worse. In my frustration I didn’t think to try to call him. However Rudy and his co-worker showed up the next day as he promised. He returned the following day, on a Saturday no less, to help me with my insurance company and to get the ball rolling. Two of other companies dropped the ball with no communication. Whatever happens and I am hoping for the best, I am giving 5 stars because he proved me wrong. There are people who do care and will try their best to help.—————————————————————————7-11-2025Someone by the name of Rudy Moreno (which was NOT his name) was canvassing in my area yesterday and came to my home. I discussed the situation with my home and he stated he would work with me. I told him immediately please don't BS me as I had already been through this and prefer someone be truthful. He supposedly wrote down his number and email to send him information I received from my insurance company for him to "take a look to see what he could do". Of course when I sent the email it came back saying the email address does not exist and neither does the telephone number. He also made an appointment for today to come back to discuss options and said he would also clean the gutter at the front of my home at no charge. It had started to rain while he was at my home and he saw water was draining through my awning and not through the down spout. When he said he would clean my gutter, I knew immediately he was lying. I may be a senior but I am not stupid. Even if there was something this company could help me with I wouldn't trust them. I don't want a response so don’t bother contacting me.. I just want others to know this company is not reputable. If someone they sent to canvas my neighborhood couldn't be truthful why would I trust them if contracted to do work? I have a limited income and don't need the nonsense. My roof will be repaired eventually but definitely not by this company. They are a member of the BBB, so check the BBB reviews too, so buyer beware.
Jackson Thomas was great he give Great price and follow thought with game plan.Office did great job get sch call me let they would be here.crew was great… More take off old roof and found some bad plywood replace it.Found 1 plywood that hole burn in it look like fire work land on it set side so i could see it.Did great job clean up.person in charge here 2 time check on crew and here on when they compete job long JACKSON THOMAS HERE On complete job for walk round inspection make sure that I that happen with work.Best thing said about JACKSON THOMAS THAT go great detail about they going start to finish on job.I talk 3 time job was done and he want to make sure i like work done.
