After Roof Install Update!I received amazing service from Best Choice Roofing! From Beginning to End!Highly recommend!! Billy with Best Choice Roofing… More did an amazing job helping with my claim to get a new roof. He made sure I was getting the best deal and products. Not only did Billy go over everything with great detail he helped me with talking to my insurance company on using the roofing company I wanted to use. He also went over and above to help find a company that would install and reinstall the solar panels. What really impressed me with Billy was his constant communication. He answered all my questions and concerns I had during the whole process! I can tell he is passionate about what he does and really cares for his customers.Now to the production team. Vicky was awesome! She went over everything that was happening and kept me updated on their timeline and when they expected to be done. Vickys whole team was amazing from set up to clean up! Billy took excellent care of me through the entire replacement process; from initially… More pointing out roof damage I had not noticed to providing the free roof inspection, including detailed pictures and video of damage, to helping me through the insurance process, and even following up on some minor concerns I had during installation. Billy provided B2E (Beginning to End) service to me. He has a tremendous work ethic, is very knowledgeable of the roofing process and is a man of his word. I HIGHLY recommend Billy to anyone that suspects they may have some storm damage. He'll definitely take good care of you.

My experience with this company was fantastic. Billy Martindale did a fabulous job dealing with my insurance company. He was very professional, friendly… More and experienced. I really enjoyed the quality selection of rooftop materials to choose from. Also, appreciated the feedback on upgrades and warranties. Workmanship was top notch and the installation and cleanup was fast and efficient. Permits were filed downtown with the city of Jax, which helped me to know this was no under the radar company. Totally legitimate. I would highly recommend this company and Billy to anyone in need of roof replacement or a roof weather expert. A+
I could not be more pleased with the entire process dealing with this company! I had roof damage from Hurricane and they helped me through the entire process… More which was invaluable. Chris Shoeman was extremely knowledgeable with the insurance process. As someone who had never put a claim through my homeowners insurance, he was able to walk me through a lot of the confusing parts. As far as the roof itself, they did a great job as well as the subcontractors they used for the interior damage. If these folks knock on your door, it's definitely worth a conversation with them.
