He had a calming presence which was much appreciated with thousands of dollars on the line. I was also happy to find that his quote was not as high as others that I received. SOLD!The crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Dennis Bree, the owner, visited the site and shared pictures of their progress. They finished the same day and left the property as clean as they had found it, without even a single nail in the bushes!I went into their offices to make the final payment in person a few days later and was greeted by Nadia, the office manager (who I had spoken with several times throughout the process) and Dennis Bree, the owner, himself. I got the feeling that they truly cared about me and my experience.In fact, they went above and beyond ... a ten-foot piece of vinyl siding was missing from the side of the house and Daniel replaced it -- without being asked to, and at NO CHARGE -- with a piece he had in his truck.You gotta love these guys and I'll tell you why ... They are a locally-owned small company which is part of a national franchise. We, the customers, benefit from the locally-owned small-business "special attention" and their national franchise large-scale purchasing power!They were all professional, courteous, helpful and appreciative of being given the opportunity.
