I cannot say enough of our great experience with BCR. It began with an unexpected visit from BCR rep Jason. Jason pointed out to my wife and I, what we already knew, of missing roof shingles. We had plans at the time he came and I told … More him he could return in the future. Thought I would not see him again but his persistence brought him to our door again. During this visit I told him I was contemplating fixing the roof after wind storms, over a few months, tore off shingles. He said he could help us with our home owners insurance. Surprisingly I gave him permission to act as a go between with our insurance company and a month later we have beautiful new roof shingles that make our house POP! With BCR it was easy to sit down and discuss our vision of a great looking roof. Additional roof work beyond the insured work was reasonably priced and the work crew was efficient and cleanup was great ALL on one day.
