My experience with Best Choice started off okay-they told me they could work with my insurance to cover the entire cost of the roof. This process took 4 months, and they were unable to do this. Throughout the process, I was told that they … More would keep trying to get the cost covered, and that to repair the existing damage the way that insurance recommended was impossible. After four months and a stalemate with insurance, Best Choice stated they would repair the roof the way insurance suggested. This could have been repaired, solved and dealt with months ago.
Additionally, the shingles on my roof are black and they stated they could not color match the shingles, resulting in them using gray shingles, which does not blend in with the rest of the roof.
Lastly, they lost the check I gave them, which, they later found. -
