Jason R knocked on my door on a Saturday, introduced himself very professionally, gave his pitch and I gave him permission to do the roof inspection. When he was done with the inspection, he showed me pictures and videos of the damage.… More He walked me through the claims process calling my insurance with me. We waited for about a week for the insurance adjuster to come out to my house. Once the adjuster came out Jason R was here with the adjuster and walked him through the damage he saw. Once they were done my insurance told me about a week they would have the results. I received the insurance scope and forwarded it over to Jason R he called me and explained everything the insurance paid for, to my surprise they paid for the whole roof like Jason R told me they would. We set up appointment to meet to chose my new color roof and scheduled a date for about 4 weeks out. 4 weeks went by and they were putting my roof on, Jason R stopped by and checked on the process and filled me in every step of the way. He even provided pictures of the progress and completion. I am very satisfied of the professionalism and communication from Jason R. I will be definitely recommending this company to my family and friends.
