After having a couple other roofing companies in the Portland area give us a quote, it was an easy decision to go with BCR. Their quote for a new roof was very competitive but it was because of Ryan Brejska, the sales rep we dealt with for the reason why we went with BCR. I hate pushy sales guys, he was the exact opposite. He gave us a ton of great information and was very easy to deal with.Now it's time for our gutters to be replaced, because of our great experience with Ryan and BCR they were the first company we called to get a quote. Our sales guy was Josh Bruce, he showed up for a quote the next day. He was very personable, quick with measuring our house, not pushy, very knowledgable, and gave us time to decide on what company to go with after he gave us our quote. Because of price we decided to go with another company. I would still highly recommend BCR to anyone looking for a new roof or gutters. They were nothing but professional throughout the whole process both times I've dealt with them. -

They explained why things were done as they were, such as an air opening to the attic space. The whole team was polite, tidied reasonably at the end of each day, and pretty thoroughly at the end. (to be honest, despite the magnet, we have found a few bits of roofing and a few nails here and there in the pavers - no worries, not on the driveway!) The estimate was only off by three sheets of plywood @$8 each - well done. All in all we are very pleased with the whole experience.We chose a roof that should last for many many years - the sales team explained options and did not try to "up sell" us.
