This initiative allows top-performing branch leaders to grow, manage, and operate individual BCR locations while gaining hands-on experience running all aspects of the business.
BCR is proud to announce Adam Russell of Augusta, Georgia, as its newest Operating Partner.
Adam joined BCR in October 2018 as a Sales Representative and quickly established himself as a standout performer. His exceptional leadership and dedication earned him promotions to Sales Manager, General Manager, and Regional Manager. Now, as an Operating Partner, Adam will oversee BCR operations in Augusta, GA; Columbia, SC; Charleston, SC; Savannah, GA; and Greenville, SC—critical markets for the company’s continued growth.
Throughout his career, Adam has been instrumental in shaping and mentoring numerous General Managers and Sales Managers across the organization. Reflecting on his success, Adam attributes his growth to the mentorship and support of his Senior Partner, Hamit Iseri, saying, “Hamit’s guidance and belief in me have been a game changer.
