This milestone follows BCR’s partnership with Brightstar Capital Partners in August 2024, which has fueled the company’s mission to grow its reach and empower top-performing leaders.
The Operating Partner model is designed to provide exceptional branch leaders with the tools and opportunities to manage, open, and run individual BCR locations. This hands-on approach allows leaders to gain in-depth experience in every aspect of the business while driving growth and success for their teams.
In his new role, Alex will oversee operations in Jacksonville and Gainesville leveraging his leadership skills and operational expertise to strengthen BCR’s presence in the region.
Alex began his journey with Best Choice Roofing in October 2021 as a Sales Representative. His remarkable performance and dedication quickly earned him a promotion to Sales Manager. Recognizing his potential, Alex was given the opportunity to open a branch as a General Manager, followed by a promotion to Regional Manager, and now Operating Partner.
Alex attributes his success to the mentorship of his Senior Partner, Sarah Davis, and the foundational principles of BCR 101.
