Best Choice Roofing Announces Brandy Cook as Operating Partner
Bowling Green, KY – January 2, 2025 – After partnering with Brightstar Capital Partners in August 2024, Best Choice Roofing (BCR) has taken a transformative step toward expansion and leadership development with the introduction of its Operating Partner model. This initiative provides top-performing branch leaders with the opportunity to grow, manage, and operate individual BCR locations while gaining comprehensive experience in every aspect of the business.
BCR is thrilled to announce Brandy Cook of Bowling Green, Kentucky, as its newest Operating Partner.
Brandy began her journey with BCR in February 2016 as a Sales Representative. In June 2016, she was promoted to Sales Manager, and by October 2017, she became General Manager, leading her team to impressive milestones. Now, as an Operating Partner, Brandy will oversee operations in Bowling Green and Louisville, Kentucky, two pivotal markets for BCR’s continued growth.
Reflecting on her career, Brandy shares that her favorite accomplishment has been watching others find success, saying, “My career is a lot bigger than just me. Helping others grow and succeed has been more rewarding than I could put into words.”
Brandy attributes her success to the guidance and mentorship of two key individuals: Daryl Draper, her Senior Partner, and Wayne Holloway, BCR’s CEO. She credits their leadership and support for shaping her career and driving her forward.
