This initiative empowers top-performing branch leaders with the opportunity to grow, manage, open, and operate individual BCR locations, providing them with hands-on experience across all aspects of the business.

Chris has been a dedicated member of the BCR family for over six years, starting as a Project Manager and quickly advancing through key leadership roles, including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, General Manager, and Regional Manager. His impressive journey highlights his commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire and develop others within the organization.
In his new role, Chris will serve as the Operating Partner overseeing four key locations: Chesapeake, Williamsburg, Richmond, and Fredericksburg, Virginia. This expanded responsibility reflects his proven leadership skills and BCR’s trust in his ability to drive growth and success across multiple markets.
Throughout his tenure, Chris has played a pivotal role in mentoring and shaping numerous top leaders at BCR. Reflecting on his success, Chris credits his achievements to the incredible people he’s worked with and led, saying, “My success is because of my people.”
