The Operating Partner model is designed to empower top-performing leaders with the skills and resources to manage, grow, and oversee individual BCR locations. Josh will oversee operations in Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, and Cookeville, utilizing his extensive experience and commitment to excellence to lead his teams and support BCR’s mission of providing top-tier roofing services.
Josh’s journey with BCR began in January 2018 as a Sales Representative. Through his dedication and consistency, he quickly advanced to Sales Manager and subsequently to General Manager. His continued success and leadership led to his promotion to Regional Manager, and now, as Operating Partner.
Reflecting on his career at BCR, Josh attributes his achievements to perseverance and a refusal to give up when faced with challenges. “Staying consistent and pushing through the hard times has been key to my success.
