I worked with Paige Comage, who worked hard and fought to ensure the insurance company repaired the damage to my roof. She started off with a review of the roof and helped submit the claim right in front of me, with pictures of the interior … More damage. She was present when the inspectors took pictures of the damages to my home. She was kept in the loop when approvals came through from the insurance company and present when the contract was signed. I am grateful that her supervisor, Jacob, stepped in when clarification was needed and my project was stalled. Paige and Jacob worked to get my project back on track so interior repairs could start. They were very transparent and dedicated to ensure the roof was installed. The crew who installed the roof were professional and secured the roof when it started storming during the installation process, preventing further damage to the property. Thank you to Diland, who checked in and kept me up to date on the progress.

I can't say enough about Best Choice Roofing. A storm that came through our area in April, 2022, caused hail damage to our roof. After an inspection, a reputable, experienced roofer told us it was beyond repair and should be replaced. … More They proceeded with our insurance company to get approval but were only able to get them to pay $600 toward the $1700+ cost for replacement. Not wanting to go into debt for the remainder of the cost of the roof, we did nothing for a year. A few months ago, someone from Best Choice knocked on our door. They noticed we needed a new roof and wanted to talk to us about it. We told them what we had been through a year ago and they asked us to "give them a shot at it". We did. Long story short, we now have a completely new roof that our insurance paid for. IF YOU NEED A NEW ROOF, CALL BCR!! They will get it done! They handled everything with our insurance company including communication, documentation and whatever else the insurance company threw at us. We couldn't be happier!!
