My experience with Best Choice Roofing has been anything but normal, but this 5 star review is a testament to their ability to help me navigate the craziness that has been this experience more than anything!
BCR and I became acquainted … More as some reps came door to door to let me know they’d (for free) climb up on the roof and see if there were any repairs they could do from storms the previous fall. Despite my roof only being a few years old, there in fact was plenty of damage that I’d have never known about if it weren’t for them.
What followed was an anything-but-typical experience going back and forth and back again with a solar company that I had to work with due to the manufacturer’s warranty on my system, my insurance company, and even sub-contractors that were tasked with finishing up other odds and ends. Despite it being an incredibly chaotic situation that unfortunately took way too long, BCR was integral to helping me feel like I not only had stability during the process, but had professionals I could count on! Imagine that… Austin has contractors that can be trusted?! I know… hard to believe.
I could go on and on… things weren’t ever smooth, but I came to depend on BCR to always have a cool and calming effect, and I’d be an idiot not to use them again. Sometimes there’s more than just excellent quality work, which BCR obviously did, but the personal kindness they showed me during a difficult process meant the world. Thanks, Best Choice Roofing! -

We sat down and he explained the process and answered any questions I had.Colbey would check up on me from day to to make sure we were good and that things were moving along. He made sure to follow up that the materials made it safely, and made sure his team of roofers were on time and taking care of us. I initially was unsatisfied with the service I received, however the owner Bryan made sure to address the issue when he learned about it and i am a happy customer after all is said and done.
