I can’t tell you how easy the process was for me.… More From the initial inspection, working with the insurance company, scheduling the replacement, the actual install, and through the final inspection, they were extremely easy to deal with. Every step of the process was communicated to me and they kept me well informed with everything that was going on. All of the costs associated were very transparent and explained thoroughly to me at every step. Best Choice Roofing, especially Shelby Doran, saved us from the anxiety of finding a contractor to fix what we thought was a small amount of storm damage.… More Shelby noticed the damage on our roof while working on another job in our neighborhood, inspected both inside and outside the home, and worked closely with our insurance company to repair storm damage. We had the opportunity to upgrade to a Class 3 shingle, which lowered our homeowner’s insurance premiums. The crew started working on the roof at 7:00 am and finished by 4 pm the same day. Incredible! Shelby is extremely client oriented, always taking our calls or getting back with us within a few hours if she’s busy. Her knowledge and motivation made a large repair job very straightforward and efficient. He allowed me time to consult with my sister about our options as we proceeded. If I had any questions, he followed up in a timely fashion. We were never left waiting for any answers. I can't recommend him enough!The team with BCR was awesome as well. They communicated their intentions for scheduling a couple days in advance as promised. When weather delayed the project, they made sure to let me know when they would be able to start. The project went as planned and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The installation crew got everything done within the promised window and clean up was perfect after the project as well. If you need a roof give these guys a call!
