He explained in detail everything that would happen in installing my roof. Date and time were spot on. The crew showed up on time with Crew Leader Albert and Project manager Vickey Sanchez. The crew and leader, Albert, were very professional, friendly and worked very hard even in the rain, The Project manager Vickie kept me informed every step of the way. Vickie was very pleasant, professional and responsive. The Project was completed on time even in the rain. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with BCR. I would recommend them.
