I told them I would be a horrible customer because I had previous experience in the … More construction industry and had knowledge of roofing and that it would be in their best interest not to bid on my roof or do the work. They insisted they would do a great job and they did. I live in an older home and all of the shingles had to be removed along with a 70-year-old layer of wood shingles. The roof then had to be properly decked before the new roof could even be put on. My roof has a terribly difficult pitch along with angles and of course since the house is 80 years old nothing is straight. They did an excellent job! The communication was perfect, the crew that did the work was fast and efficient, and the cleanup was shockingly great. I think I might have found two nails and a couple of pieces of debris. How in the world they got this so clean is beyond me. They didn't tear up any of my trees, bushes, plants or yard I mean honestly I didn't have anything to complain about and I really wanted to. If they can do my roof as their customer, they should surely be able to get your roof done without any issues. Plus they really went to bat and hammered my insurance company to get us as much money as possible! -
